Here at The Cornwall Wedding Photographers, we appreciate that there are one thousand and one things to do when planning a wedding, so we hope that we might be able to take some of the pressure off by telling you a little bit here about how we work. Since booking a photographer is a big decision to make, whoever you decide to book, we wish you the very best on your big day.

Led by myself, Tom Last, a professional photographer with over 20 years' experience, the team at the Cornwall Wedding Photographers has been photographing people's special days in and around Cornwall for well over a decade.

With a background in professional press and PR photography, we have covered many thousands of jobs over the years, icluding hundreds of weddings. Drawing on this background, we bring a discreet, documentary style of photography to your wedding, covering every aspect of your day while you, your family and friends get on with the important business of enjoying yourselves.

We approach your day in a professional but stress-free and relaxed manner. We prefer to let moments happen naturally throughout the day to best capture yours and your friends' and families' characters, but where staged and group shots are required, we will organise everyone in a friendly manner to ensure everyone's inclusion and account for anyone's anxieties around having their photo taken.

At The Cornwall Wedding Photographers, we believe that what sets us apart from other photographers is that we love to shoot with two of us covering your wedding. In this way we to cover every aspect of your day. For example, whilst each of you prepare in separate locations, we are able to accompany you both in your preparations. Likewise as you the bride walk up the aisle we are simultaneously at the front and the back of the ceremony, capturing yours and your groom’s excitment; this can only be achieved with two photographers.

Whilst we prefer to shoot with two photographers and believe our rates for two photographers offer exceptional value for money, we do of course offer a variety of packages to suit all requirements and budgets and we are always happy to accommodate any specific requirements that fall outside of our regular packages.

We always offer to meet with wedding couples beforehand, whether in person in Cornwall, or over a video call, which will enable you to ask any questions that you may have for us in person and allows us to ensure that we will be shooting exactly as you had hoped on your big day.

All full day wedding shoots include a one-hour pre-wedding shoot within mid-Cornwall, or further afield subject to availability and can be arranged at a date of your choosing. Pre-wedding shoots can be substitued for a honeymoon shoot if preferable for those couples lucky enough to be honeymooning in Cornwall.
